L-Leucine (L-Leucine, emulsifier: lecithins, maltodextrin), 17% L-Isoleucine, 17% L-Valine, flavourings, acid (citric acid), 8% L-Glutamine, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), sweetener (sucralose), salt, colors (tartrazine***, indigotine), pyridoxine hydrochloride. ***Tartrazine: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
Directions
On training days: 1 tablet 30 minutes before training, 1 tablet after training and 1 tablet at night. Days off training: 1 tablet in the evening.
