Delivery options
The Online Store offers different delivery systems. The Customer will be able to select the shipping method among the possible ones for his shipping area. Please note that delivery times, quality of service, delivery point and cost will be different for each form of transport and that the same is carried out by transport operators and not by the Online Store.
1. In-store pick-up
Customers can pick up their orders free of charge at our Fit and Shop located at C/ Reina Maria Cristina 4, local 7, 07004, Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands, during the opening hours that you can check on this website, once the order is confirmed by the store and the products reserved. Fit Shop reserves the products for a maximum of 48 working hours; a different period can be agreed, but never less, when the store confirms the order.
2. Home delivery
https://fitandshop.es sends the orders to its customers through the Post Office. The delivery date at the customer's home will be between 48-72 working hours for Standard rate from the collection of the package by the logistics operator, 24-48 hours for Premium rate (unless a different date is communicated to the customer). The collection is usually done within 24 working days from the time of payment confirmation. Transport times are approximate. Shipping costs are calculated automatically by the system integrated in the website, depending on the total weight of the order, destination and service chosen by the customer (Standard / Premium).
