The Client is the natural or legal person who contracts the products or services marketed from the Online Shop.

The delivery date at the Customer's address will be between 48-72 working hours for Standard rate from the collection of the package by the logistics operator, 24-48 hours for Premium rate (provided that the customer is not communicated a different date). The collection is usually done within 24 working days from the time of payment confirmation. Transport times are approximate. Shipping costs are calculated automatically by the system integrated in the website, depending on the total weight of the order, destination and service chosen by the customer (Standard / Premium).
7. Customer Rights, Cancellation and Return Policy
https://fitandshop.es does not guarantee its customers the availability or delivery time of the products offered on the website, except for products where a specific warranty is expressly mentioned.
https://fitandshop.es guarantees its customers the possibility to cancel their order at any time and without any cost as long as the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment.
During the first 14 days after receipt of the product, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract and return the purchased product. In case of return or exchange for pleasure, the buyer shall bear the cost of returning the product, provided that the product corresponds to the description on the sales page.
The Customer shall communicate to https://fitandshop.es within the stipulated period and by any means permitted by law, his desire to exercise the right to terminate the contract. The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note and, if applicable, the invoice issued to https://fitandshop.es. The product to be returned must be in the same condition as it was sent (unsealed, unopened, unused, except in cases of manufacturing defects / warranty of origin of the product).
Provided that all the requirements have been respected, https://fitandshop.es will refund the purchase amount through a credit, by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Customer, of the purchased items or resend the product, depending on the agreement between buyer and seller. The original shipping costs of the order will be refunded only in cases of exchange due to warranty of origin / manufacturing defect / delivery of wrong product.
If a product other than the one ordered by the Customer was delivered by mistake by https://fitandshop.es it will be withdrawn and the correct product will be delivered without any additional charge to the Customer. If any clause included in these General Conditions is declared, totally or partially, null or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will only affect such provision or the part of it that is null or ineffective, subsisting these general conditions in all other respects, considering such provision totally or partially as not included.
